How do I brew your herbal tea?

For the perfect cup of herbal tea:

  1. Scoop 1-2 teaspoons of loose-leaf tea into an infuser.

  2. Steep in 8-10 oz of hot water (just under boiling) for 5-7 minutes, or longer for a stronger brew.

  3. Sip & Enjoy – You can add honey, lemon, or a splash of plant-based milk if desired.

For iced tea, double the amount of tea, let it cool, and pour over ice.

How should I store my tea?

To keep your tea fresh and flavorful:

  • Store it in an airtight container away from heat, moisture, and direct sunlight.

  • Keep it in a cool, dark place like a pantry or cabinet.

  • Avoid storing it in the fridge or freezer, as moisture can affect the herbs.

Properly stored, our teas can maintain their potency for up to 12-18 months.
